Purpose Statement: This team will examine the current state (fragmented and inefficient) process of conducting an energy retrofit for residential housing stock.  The goal of this team is to re-engineer a streamlined energy retrofit process from one end of the value chain to the other in order both to reduce cost and lead times and to increase energy efficiencies and impact.
