Exit One Industrial Park

Exit OneThe Exit One Industrial Park was the first project owned and managed by BDCC, which had traditionally developed projects to pass on to other businesses. The industrial park was built on land along Interstate 91 that BDCC purchased in the 1980s.

Currently, BDCC still owns one of the buildings at the Exit One site: the original Connective Technologies building, which is now leased to Kollmorgen. As of April 1, 2008, BDCC sold the original GEKA Bridgeport building to G.S. Precision, which had been leasing the space.

The Act 250-approved industrial park has municipal water and sewer facilities, and easy access to Interstate 91. A few lots are still available.
